Here She is, Our HOPE!!

You've asked for the picture.  I'm sorry i kept you waiting so long.  Been a little busy.

Thank you so much for your encouraging words and prayers.  They are cherished.

Please pray God will move in the details.  Need some US paperwork & Red Tape to move quickly and in our favor so that we can travel in May like we hope.  Got to have it soon so that we can secure our travel date.

Isn't she precious? This picture just makes you want to pick her up and make her laugh and smile.  Well I'll tell you that if there is anything the Hall House has, its plenty of laughter and smiles.

Congratulations on your beautiful daughter, Hope!  We just returned from China with our fifth China-born child last November.  Our newest son, who just turned 14, is also from Nanjing!  Blessings as you prepare for this life-changing journey.

She's wonderful.

We adopted a 6 year old from Beijing in Nov 08 and remember very well the emotional ride leading up to gotchyaday. I was so comforted in knowing it was in his hands, his timing, his plan. We were going no where until we turned it all over to him. After 2.5 years of wait we asked about accepting an older child. We had to fill out paperwork to request special needs because we were told the only older children coming from China are special needs. My wife and I struggled with the list of what special needs we would be willing to accept. It felt wrong, like we were playing God. We drug our feet and 3 weeks later our social worker called and said " hey we don't know why but we have a health 6 year old in Beijing if you guys want. 3 months later we traveled with our 9 year old daughter to meet her new 6 year old sister. Praise Him. Enjoy the ride. Marv
