Hi, new CC fan. I want to buy tickets for "Come to the Well" but don't know what all the levels mean. Can someone explain (other than price) what the differences are between Platinum, Artist Circle, and Advance/Gen Admission?

This kinda depends on the show you are looking to attend. Usually, they are just a way to designate certain areas of seats. They will block sections together based on proximity to the stage and if they are reserved or General Admission seats. Artist Circle, Platinum, etc. are usual the closest seats to the stage and in the middle of the room. They also cost more. The General Admission do not reserve you a specific seat and are a little further away or on the side of the venue. They are a first come first serve style seat. Hope this helps.
