Hello Mark and Melanie :)
My names Anneke Moore and I have a 11 year old daughter named Chloe and a 3 year old son named Oskar
Chloe’s Dad Geoff, Chloe and I are going to Parachute in Hamilton NZ in a couple of weeks...
Our family has had a bit of a rough time in the last year with earth quakes in our city Christchurch... We lived in a caravan park for almost two years to get ahead and build a house... we were in our house for three years and now it will have to be pulled down. We still have to live there while waiting for the insurance company to sort us out... if we move out the house will not be insured... so we are stuck :( and its stinky and smelly... Bad toillet pipe breaks and blockages...I think you get the picture... It all just stinks :P
Anyway with all that said, my lovely A.D.D/Dyslexic daughter Chloe has had a rough time... not just with quakes, but with school... we have finally decided to move her from her Church school, to the public because of bullying...she is such an amazing child, I know I’m supposed to say that because I’m her mother... but she really is... She really shares your “until the whole world hears” mentality! and I am sure God will use her at her new school this year:) She tells people she wants to be a missionary in teacher in China :) A few years back her teacher told me she probably would never be able to read... I said to myself self...WHATEVA!!! Three years later - she can read very well!
Miss Chloe Loves your band Casting Crowns, and is greatly encouraged by the fact that you share some of her ,(and probably mine) traits!
I don’t usually pull the “poor me” card, but for my daughter I would do anything! At the moment we are making a wooden collage for her wall about her love for your music... we are going to add pictures of you guys after Parachute... Is there any chance of her meeting you for a small time and getting some pictures with you and you signing her wall art?? I have not told her I am sending this email, so if you will not have time see will not know :)
Anyways our family is sooo excited about hearing you guys live! What a great start to a better year!

Many thanks and God Bless
Anneke Moore.

Hello Mark & Melanie, Just wanted to let you know the song "The Well" is a very powerful song!!! We played it at my Dad's funneral and 3 weeks later my 14 year old son got killed in an accident. I had them to play it also at his funneral. The kids and adults there were touched!!! Some of the kids have come to the Lord which is the most impportant thing, but there is some of them who are gonna play it in a talent show at their school. Please keep up the good work for God!! Praise the Lord!! JACOB #33

May God continue to bless you and every member of Casting Crowns. You've all been a blessing to me and a couple of your songs helped me through some tough times in my life.

Hi Melanie...I have been following your blogs concerning young Hope's medical condition. We have been blessed with Motts Childrens Hospital located on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. This hospital and especially the children's portion, is known for the miricles that happen there on a daily basis.I have personally recommended U of M to two good friends, both of whom had life threatening conditions that could not be repaired elseware and both are now completely cured thanks to the grace of God. I only mention this to you as a back up plan to Hope's current treatmant.Perhaps an option if she needs it. With the recent tragic events in Newtown,Ct the Lord reminds us of what a wonderful blessing children are to our lives. You and Mark bring such joy to this world thru your work with Casting Crowns and your ministry I pray that Jesus will continue to wrap His arm's around you and your family. Thank you..... Bob Huettman
